Our Policies


Our annual recital is planned for Saturday, June 23rd so please plan accordingly. Any conflicts due to graduation must be brought to our office staff’s attention prior to December. Dress Rehearsal is scheduled for Sunday, June 3rd. Please do not schedule any vacations on or near these dates, the dates cannot be changed. All students wishing to perform will be required to pay $50.00 deposit per costume by November 18th. COSTUMES WILL NOT BE ORDERED UNLESS THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE! All Costumes ordered late will incur a $15.00 shipping fee.


Attendance and promptness for class are also very important. Students are taught to work together and frequent absences or tardiness puts a lot of strain on the instructors as well as the other students. If you have to be absent for any reason please notify theschool of your absence and expected return.


Classes are graded and limited in size to afford every student the best possible education. All instructors are certified and have been chosen by founder Tina Socci to make your experience here fun and productive.


When waiting at the studio for your children to finish, please keep your other children away from the classrooms as they can distract the students and the instructors. We cannot be responsible for those children not participating in a class.


We urge all parents to keep the lines of communication open with their child’s instructors. Do not hesitate to ask any questions you feel are important concerning your child/children, yourself or the studio policy. Please make an appointment to speak to your child’s instructor or Miss Carol. Do not interrupt classes or grab a teacher in the hallway.

Please check to see if your child is bringing home all letters and special instructions. We do our best to keep you informed about the studio happenings, but sometimes the children forget to pass these notices on to their parents. All papers will be sent home via email as well, so please check your emails regularly. If you don’t receive our email within the week, please email the studio at ladanseschool@hotmail.com, include your child/children’s name in the subject so we can add your email address to our records.


We also ask that you keep the safety of your children in mind when dropping them off at the studio. Please pick up students promptly after their classes are finished. Any student left longer than 15 minutes will incur a child care fee of $10 per hour or part of. We are not responsible for students care after they are finished with classes. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK PARKED CARS, USE THE HANDICAP SPOTS OR PARK IN THE FIRE LANE. Additional parking is available across the street in the municipal lot on Elizabeth Avenue.


Please NO CELL PHONES, IPODS, or any valuables are permitted at the studio. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. STUDENTS MAY NOT USE, CHECK, OR CHARGE THEIR PHONES WHILE IN CLASS.


  • There is a non-refundable $25 insurance and registration fee per student payable upon enrollment.

  • Upon enrollment, first and last month’s tuition must be paid.

  • Tuition is paid monthly and is based on a 10 month year.

  • There is a $25 returned check fee for all returned checks.

  • All tuition payments must be remitted by the 10th of each month and will incur a $10 late fee if paid after that date.

  • Tuition must be paid in full regardless of absence.

  • Students may make up missed classes within 4 weeks of absence. Extended absences—planned or unforeseen require a written note to be delivered to the office. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.

  • June tuition will be applied to outstanding monies or refunded only if we receive written notification before December 10 .


  • Class size is limited. Tuition payments guarantee a student’s place in the class.

  • Each registered family must have a credit card on file with the office to secure tuition costs in the event of late payment.

  • Pay a full year’s tuition in advance and receive ONE MONTH FREE.
