Carol Brienza
Director

Carol Brienza is a graduate of New York University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance Education. With over 30 years of performance training and teaching experience,

Carol has served on the faculty of the Broadway Dance Center , The Lee Strausburg Institute for Acting and NYU teaching in their children’s and recreational programs.

Carol served as a coordinating supervisor and assistant program manager for Starpower Talent Inc’s pre-professional Power Pak Dance Company. She also sat on the judging panel of numerous dance competitions on both the regional and national levels.

Currently, Carol is a master teacher and choreographer for various studios and dance companies around the country , educating students of all ages in all forms of dance and performance. 

Carol is also a certified movement therapist, specializing in helping children with special needs and people living with chronic disease and recovering from surgery and cancer treatment.

Carol is proud of her students past and present who are now professional dancers, choreographers and dance educators. Many of Carol’s students have been and are now currently working in the Arts and Entertainment Field, performing on Broadway, International and National Tour productions, National Dance Companies, Walt Disney World, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Professional Sports Dance Teams, just to name a few. 

Carol is honored to continue pursuing the LaDanse legacy of excellence in dance education that she has had the privilege of being a  part of for over 25 years.
